Sabina Garcia is co-founder and was Chief Program Officer of Global Food Partners, a multinational consultancy firm; that provides expertise to companies, farmers and industry stakeholders on practicing cage-free egg sourcing and production in Asia.
Sabina has served in various environmental and international projects on building analysis solutions and holding international events for over 10 years. Before co-founding Global Food Partners, Sabina led food policy programs in Mexico working with food and hospitality businesses help them develop and implement their animal welfare goals, driving the shift to higher animal welfare housing systems in Latin America for both poultry and pigs.
Sabina is currently based in Singapore. She holds a BS in International Relations from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), and postgraduate degrees focused on issues related to environmental sciences, sustainability, climate change, animal welfare, and international negotiations.
